All domestic orders are shipped first class or priority mail depending on weight. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after shipment.
For international orders, please contact us for shipping arrangements before placing your order.
Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry to leave our studio and and 3-7 days for shipment. If you need your jewelry on a certain date, please contact us to request an expedited order.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items within 7 days for in store credit only. Store credit must be use within 30 days. Please email us for a return authorization number. Please pack your return in its original box or similar substitute, and use a padded mailer for shipping. Viki Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit. After the return is received you will have credit from your 1st purchase to chose another item for equal of lesser value until you use your full credit amount. If you choose an items that costs more than your credit amount, you may pay the difference.
Gift items may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you would like an item of greater value, you may pay the difference.
Special orders are not returnable.
We are happy to repair your items free of cost. Please email us for a repair authorization number. Please pack your repair in its original box or similar substitute, and use a padded mailer for shipping. Viki Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit.
